GETTING STARTED

From first photo to a clearer home plan.

Whole Home is designed to be useful before you pay for anything. Start with a safe guided scan, build your living Home Record, then decide whether the one-time Whole Home Plan is worth unlocking.

1

Create or sign in to your account

Your account keeps your Home Record, scan history, paid Plan access and future preferences together.

2

Start the guided home scan

Follow the safety-first capture flow. Skip anything unsafe or inaccessible. Whole Home never needs you to remove covers, expose wiring or enter a risky area.

3

Analyze useful evidence

Whole Home separates what is visible from what is only possible or still unknown. If the photo is not enough, the system should ask for better evidence rather than guess.

4

Build your living Home Record

Signed-in homeowners keep structured facts, findings and assessment history connected to the home over time.

5

Review your priorities

Your Plan page organizes what may need attention, what may be worth improving and where more information or professional verification is needed.

6

Unlock the Whole Home Plan if it helps

The current Whole Home Plan is $29 one time. It does not enroll you in a recurring subscription. Immediate safety information stays outside the paywall.

BEST FIRST STEP

Start with the guided scan.

You do not need to know building science or what photos to take. Whole Home walks you through the first useful systems and always lets you skip unsafe or inaccessible areas.

WHAT WHOLE HOME CAN DO

Organize visible evidence

Whole Home can help identify visible equipment, conditions, missing information and next steps based on the evidence you provide.

WHAT IT CANNOT PROVE

Photos have limits

A photo alone cannot establish mold identity, radon concentration, concealed leaks, electrical safety, structural integrity, code compliance or every hidden condition in a home.
