Evidence before conclusions
Whole Home separates what is directly visible from what a condition may mean. When evidence is weak, the product should say that more information is needed instead of guessing.
Trust is part of the product design. Whole Home is built to organize homeowner evidence, preserve uncertainty and guide safer next steps without presenting photo-based observations as professional certification.
Whole Home separates what is directly visible from what a condition may mean. When evidence is weak, the product should say that more information is needed instead of guessing.
A photo cannot establish concealed leaks, mold identity, radon concentration, electrical safety, structural integrity, combustion safety, refrigerant condition, code compliance or the absence of carbon monoxide.
Whole Home never requires a homeowner to remove electrical deadfronts, open energized equipment, remove service panels, dismantle HVAC or combustion equipment, enter unsafe areas or use unsafe ladders. Unsafe or inaccessible steps can be skipped.
Findings that could materially affect safety, property or major repair decisions should point toward qualified verification rather than pretending the app can certify the condition.
Immediate safety-oriented information is not intentionally hidden behind the paid Whole Home Plan. The paid Plan is for deeper organization, planning context, personalized next steps and the printable report.
The current Whole Home Plan is $29 once. It is not a recurring subscription. Whole Home Care is a future optional subscription concept and is separate from the current Plan purchase.
Local price ranges should include a matching scope, geography, source and verification date. Rebate or assistance information should include a source and verification date. A possible program match means you may qualify; it is not a promise of eligibility.
Signed-in homeowners can keep a persistent Home Record. Account-based database rules are used to limit private Home Record and support data to the appropriate user.
The guided scan is designed around evidence a homeowner can capture safely. Whole Home does not need you to expose wiring, dismantle equipment or enter an area that feels unsafe.
If you suspect fire, gas, carbon monoxide, exposed energized electrical parts, major active leakage, structural failure or another immediate danger, leave the unsafe area when appropriate and contact the relevant emergency service or qualified professional.
Whole Home provides preliminary informational guidance. It does not replace licensed inspection, trade diagnosis, laboratory testing, engineering analysis, code determination or a contractor quote.
