Privacy Policy

Nerrowyn is a consumer-first home intelligence product. This policy describes information used by the current service, including accounts, Nerrowyn Scan, Nerrowyn Record, paid Nerrowyn Plans and private support requests.

Information you provide

You may provide an email address and account credentials, home basics, answers to guided questions, written concerns, photos you choose to analyze, planning and assistance information, and messages you send to Support.

Nerrowyn Scan and photo analysis

When you choose to analyze a photo, Nerrowyn sends the image and relevant scan context to its server and AI service to return visible observations, uncertainty, follow-up questions and safety-oriented guidance. Nerrowyn saves structured home facts, findings and assessment history to a signed-in homeowner's Nerrowyn Record; a photo itself should not be treated as proof of a concealed or non-visual condition.

Nerrowyn Record

Signed-in users can maintain a persistent record associated with their account. It may include home basics, structured facts, findings, assessment history and other information needed for requested features. Account-based access controls are intended to keep one user from reading another user's private record.

Payments

Nerrowyn Plan is currently a one-time paid product. Checkout is handled by Stripe. Nerrowyn stores purchase and entitlement information needed to confirm that a paid Plan belongs to your account, such as payment status, amount, currency and Stripe transaction identifiers. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than entered into Nerrowyn's own checkout form.

Support

Signed-in users may submit support requests connected to their account and, when applicable, their Nerrowyn Record. Do not include passwords, payment card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information.

Service providers

Nerrowyn relies on service providers for hosting, authentication/database infrastructure, AI processing and payments. Information is shared as needed to provide the relevant service and subject to applicable provider terms and privacy practices.

Data minimization

Only submit information and photos needed for the feature you are using. Avoid including people, sensitive documents, account numbers, access codes or other unnecessary personal information in home photos.

Security

Nerrowyn uses technical safeguards intended to protect account and service information, but no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Keep account credentials private.

Future features

Nerrowyn Care, Energy and Pro are reserved/future product layers unless the product explicitly states otherwise. Recurring Care billing, automated reminders and physical fulfillment are not active.

Use Nerrowyn Support while signed in for account, Record, payment or privacy questions. The planned domain mailbox is support@nerrowyn.com once domain email is activated.
