These terms apply to Nerrowyn, including Nerrowyn Scan, accounts, Nerrowyn Record, informational planning guidance, support and the one-time paid Nerrowyn Plan.

Informational guidance only

Nerrowyn provides preliminary informational guidance based on information and images you choose to provide. It is not a licensed home inspection, trade diagnosis, engineering opinion, laboratory result, environmental test, code-compliance determination, appraisal, emergency service, certification or contractor quote.

No guarantee that all conditions will be found

Nerrowyn may miss conditions, misunderstand visible evidence or lack enough information to make a useful observation. Concealed, intermittent, inaccessible or non-visual conditions may not be detected. Unknown or unobserved does not mean safe or absent.

High-risk conditions require appropriate verification

Do not rely on Nerrowyn alone to determine electrical safety, structural integrity, combustion safety, concealed leaks, mold identity, asbestos or lead hazards, radon concentration, refrigerant condition, roof remaining life or code compliance. Appropriate testing or qualified professional verification may be required.

Safe access comes first

Do not remove electrical deadfronts, open energized equipment, remove service panels, dismantle HVAC or combustion equipment, disturb suspected hazardous materials, enter unsafe attics or crawlspaces, use unsafe ladders or put yourself at risk to obtain a photo. Use “Skip — unsafe/inaccessible” whenever needed.

No emergency reliance

Nerrowyn is not an emergency service. If you suspect an urgent hazard, leave the unsafe area when appropriate and contact the relevant emergency service or qualified professional.

Accounts and Nerrowyn Record

You are responsible for maintaining account credential confidentiality and for information you have the right to submit. Nerrowyn Record is an organizational record built from available evidence and homeowner-provided information; it is not a warranty, inspection certificate or guarantee.

Nerrowyn Plan purchase

Nerrowyn Plan is a $29 one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. Successful verified payment unlocks paid Plan features for the account. Immediate safety-oriented information is not intentionally withheld behind Plan purchase. Purchasing Plan does not enroll you in Nerrowyn Care.

Planning ranges, programs and rebates

Any cost information is planning context rather than a contractor quote. Final cost can vary with verified scope, labor, materials, permits and local conditions. Program eligibility, funding and availability must be confirmed with the provider; Nerrowyn should not present an unverified local price or program as current fact.

Future product layers

Nerrowyn Care, Energy and Pro are reserved/future layers unless explicitly released. Recurring Care billing, automated reminders and physical fulfillment are not active with the current Plan purchase.

Your submissions

You are responsible for having the right to provide submitted photos/information and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive personal information. Do not submit passwords, payment card numbers or access codes.

No warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nerrowyn does not warrant that observations will be complete, error-free or suitable for a particular property, repair, purchase, sale, insurance, financing or safety decision.

Professional judgment

Use qualified professionals when a decision could materially affect health, safety, property, code compliance, major repair cost or legal obligations.

Support and updates

Use Nerrowyn Support for product, account or payment questions. The planned mailbox is support@nerrowyn.com once domain email is activated. Material new paid or recurring services should have clear pricing and enrollment terms before purchase.
